Special characters possible for .BE

In the future you can register .BE domains also with special characters.
The allowed characters are: à, â, ä, è, é, ê, ë, ì, î, ï, ò, ô, ö, ù, û, ü, æ, œ, ç, ÿ, β
The official languages in Belgium are Dutch, German and French. Therefore it is a only consequent that the belgique registry to follow others by introducing domains with special characters.
As of June 04, 2013 at about 10.00 am (CEST) we accept your pre-registration after the "first come, first served"- principle. Just initiate a normal registration which will be submitted to the registry on June 11, 2013.
