New Terms and Conditions of Registration applicable for your .SE domain

The .SE registry informed us that it will introduce new Terms and Conditions of Registration for the purpose of simplifying and clarifying the rules and regulations.



The new Terms and Conditions of Registration will be in force as of February 15, 2011. They contain new wording concerning alternative dispute solution procedures (item 7) as well as a clarification in item 9 concerning the handling of personal data. In addition, various wordings in the Terms and Conditions of Registration have been clarified.



All .SE registrants must be informed about the new Terms and Conditions of Registration. Please send a notification to your .SE customers in conjunction
with .SE's publication of the new Terms and Conditions of Registration on its
website www.iis.se



Please find attached a suggested e-mail message which you may use as a template
for your own notifications.



As of February 15, 2011, the new Terms and Conditions of Registration must be
communicated to new registrants whenever a new .SE domain is registered. This
means that you may have to update the existing Terms and Conditions of Registration in your web interface / on your web site to the new version.

registration.



.SE will introduce updated conditions of registration (Terms and Conditions of Registration applicable for the top-level domain .SE effective from February 15, 2011) for the purpose of simplifying and clarifying the rules and regulations. The new Terms and Conditions of Registration contain new wording concerning alternative dispute solution procedures (item 7) as well as a clarification in item 9 concerning the handling of personal data.



The new Terms and Conditions of Registration will be in force as of February 15, 2011 and will apply to all registered domain names under the .SE top-level
domain.
