.CO.TH domains can be registered in one of the following cases.1) The registrant is a company in Thailand.
2) Foreign companies with a local representative in Thailand and this local representative itself is registered within Thailand and authorised by the foreign company to apply for the registration of the domain name.
In both cases only one domain can be registered for each registrant and the domain name must closely resemble the company name.
3) A foreign company with a registered Trademark issued by the "Intellectual Property office in Thailand". The domain name must match the trademark name while translations are not accepted.
