Invoices with PayPal transaction fees

Until now the fees charged for PayPal transactions were not listed on the invoices.
As of January 01, 2015 the transaction fees PayPal is retaining for your payments plus VAT will also be included in the invoices. Thus the fees can easier be claimed against tax.
